All classes are 45 minutes long and meet for 10 weeks, starting the week of January 16th.

There will also be free demonstration classes held at the First Presbyterian Church, 362 State Street in the Center Square neighborhood of Albany on January 4th at 10 am and 5 pm and at the Delmar Reformed Church, 386 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054 on January 9th at 10 am. Call or e-mail Deb to register for these demos. Preregistration is required for these two classes.
