Spring 2010 Schedule of classes:
Mon. 6:30 pm, a "jammies" class
Wed. 9:30 am
Wed. 10:30 am
Wed. 4:30 pm
Wed. 5:30 pm
Thurs. 9:30 am
Thurs. 10:30 am

All classes are 45 minutes long and meet for 12 weeks, starting the week of April 12th.

Free demonstration classes will be held Monday April 7th, 2010 at 10 am and 5 pm only. Please call to pre-register for these demos.
