Winter 2009 Schedule of classes:
Mon. 6:30 pm a "jammies" class
Wed. 9:30 am
Wed. 10:30 am
Wed. 4:30 pm
Thurs. 9:30 am
Thurs. 10:30 am

All classes are 45 minutes long and meet for 10 weeks, starting the week of Jan 5th.

Demonstration classes: Free Demo classes Monday, December 8th at 6:30 pm and Wed., Dec. 10th at 10 am! Email or call to RSVP or for more details.
